Team India’s young batter Ishan Kishan played a stellar knock of 210 against Bangladesh in the third ODI at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chattogram.

Virat Kohli, who was batting along with Kishan looked super elated as the young batter reached the milestone.

Virat Kohli’s eye-catching celebration as Ishan Kishan struck double ton

Team India’s skipper Rohit Sharma was ruled out of the final ODI against Bangladesh after suffering a thumb injury. Ishan Kishan, who replaced Rohit, looked in red-hot form right from the word go as he took on Bangladesh pacers and played shots all around the ground. He did the same against the spin duo of Shakib Al Hasan and Mehidy Hasan.

The Jharkhand-based batter just took 126 deliveries to complete his double century which eventually turned out to be the quickest double hundred in ODI history. Kishan was batting on 199 in the 35th over as Mustafizur bowled a yorker which was dug out by the young batter for a single as he completed his double ton and jumped in the air to celebrate the mighty achievement.

Virat Kohli, who was batting alongside Ishan Kishan, looked super elated and actually started celebrating even before the young batter himself as Virat lifted his bat in the air full of excitement. The moment recalled memories of India vs Pakistan game in World Cup 2015 in which Suresh Raina had started celebrating Virat Kohli’s century even before him. Virat had played a crucial knock of 107 runs in the game which was played at Adelaide Oval.

Ishan Kishan looked in complete control throughout his innings as the aggressive batter played shots all around the ground and kept knocking each and every Bangladesh bowler. The wicketkeeper-batter eventually lost his wicket after scoring 210 runs off just 131 balls including 24 fours and ten sixes.

The Indian Team put on a huge total of 409 runs on the board against Bangladesh courtesy of Kishan’s double Ton. The aggressive approach showed by the young Ishan Kishan must have also put some pressure on experienced Shikhar Dhawan who didn’t find any form throughout this series.
