Watch: Virat Kohli shows his red t-shirt & makes love gesture in response to Bangalore crowd’s RCB, RCB chants

Royal Challengers Bangalore announced Faf du Plessis as their new skipper in a grand event today.

The ongoing pink-ball Test between India and Sri Lanka is witnessing a capacity crowd as since the pandemic began, it is one of the few instances when almost 100 per cent attendance has been recorded.

Bengaluru’s adopted son, Virat Kohli is also featuring in the match and was welcomed with grand applause on his arrival at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium. After the fall of Rohit Sharma’s wicket, Kohli arrived at the ground amid huge cheers.

The former India skipper was deceived by the uneven bounce of the pitch and departed to the dressing room after scoring 23 runs. No other batter apart from Shreyas Iyer could register a big score as India ended their innings at the score of 252.

Sri Lanka has been abysmal in the tour so far and continued their horrid show with the bat. As the match moved on the expected lines, the crowd shifted their attention and then started chanting “RCB, RCB”.

Virat Kohli was quick to respond back to the fans with a heart sign. Fans went berserk after his gesture and went even louder from that moment.
