The repetition of mistakes happened on the last ball of the first innings where he bowled 3 consecutive no-balls conceding 2 massive sixes from Sanjay Yadav. His last ball error helped Chepauk put on a massive total of 217 on board for Salem Spartans to chase.
At the beginning of the final over of the first innings, Chepauk were at 191 runs, However, they ended up scoring 26 runs in that over with 18 runs coming from the last delivery. Abhishek bowled 3 no-balls and a wide on the final delivery giving away 18 runs. Abhishek ended his spell by giving away 44 runs including 1 wicket of Baba Aparajith.
