Although he hasn’t carved out a reputation for himself as the pivotal player for Pakistan like he used to be in List-A cricket, he is expected to get much better over time. Shan Masood played 9 ODIs for Pakistan, scoring 163 runs whereas he scored 395 runs in 19 T20Is.

On the other hand, Indian cricketer, Shikhar Dhawan once held the record for scoring the most runs in a calendar year in List-A cricket as he scored 1682 runs in 2016. However, a couple of years later, Shan Masood went on to surpass Shikhar Dhawan’s record to etch his name into the record books.
