Meanwhile, Pakistan’s most recent Test series have been against Australia at home. The very first two games of the series were drawn, and even though Australia won the series with a brilliant performance in the final match.
Since having arrived in the island state, Pakistan has played a warm-up game against the Sri Lanka Cricket XI. The warm-up game ended in a tie.
Sri Lanka will have its side led by Dimuth Karunaratne. They were outstanding in the second Test, also with spinners ramping up. Dinesh Chandimal, a seasoned campaigner, set the standard with a terrific double ton. They will look to maintain their winning streak in the latest instalment against Pakistan.
Pakistan’s fifty-run scorers were Babar Azam, Abdullah Shafique, and Agha Salman. The bowlers have struck beautifully and will be excited to continue their form in the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka. They’ll have to be on their toes when they face Sri Lanka on the island’s shores.

The pitch at Galle International Stadium is naturally loose. Because the ball seems to grip off of the surface, spinners will continue to play a significant role when bowling on this ground. Batters would have to stay alert while swinging the bat on this surface. Once set, they can begin voluntarily playing their blows to the ball.
Weather Forecast:
The temperature throughout Galle is estimated to range somewhere between 26 and 30 degrees Celsius on the first day of the Test. Within the next five days, the weather will remain excellent for a test match.
