The ICC U19 World Cup kicks off at the West Indies from 14 January. This will be the 14th edition of the tournament, featuring a total of 48-matches. Yash Dhull will be leading the young Indian colts in this 16-team mega-tournament, with Shaikh Rasheed serving his deputy.

The last edition of the U19 World Cup in South Africa saw India come agonizingly close to its fifth trophy. But a spirited performance from Bangladesh put an end to those aspirations, while the Bangla tigers claimed their maiden ICC silverware. So there’s enough motivation for Dhull and co. to avenge the silverware from 2020.

In this article, we will be covering all the details about the 2022 U19 World Cup India squad, schedule, and live telecast details.

As previously mentioned, the 2022 edition of the Under-19 World Cup will feature 16 teams divided across four groups. India are lined up against Ireland, South Africa, and Uganda. Hosts West Indies are matched with Australia, Sri Lanka, and Scotland, while defending champs Bangladesh will play England, Canada, and UAE in their pool.
