runs remaining in bag, on Tuesday (19th April).
Winning the toss LSG elected to field first as the conditions felt towards their side. But, RCB had other plans. Skipper Faf du Plessis blasted with a fabulous innings of 96 in just 64 deliveries. As the innings progressed, Glenn Maxwell and Shahbaz Ahmed contributed a handful of 23 and 26 respectively and putting up a huge total of 181/6 in 20 overs.
Lucknow Super Giants started off swiftly but supposedly lost wickets in quick succession. KL Rahul, Krunal Pandya and Marcus Stoinis put up their best but couldn’t lead LSG to the victory lanes. LSG’s tasteless tweet and RCB’s reply
Before the match, Lucknow Super Giants mockingly posted a tweet saying, “Pesh hai aaj ke playing XI. RCB beta tumse na ho payega!” LSG felt quite confident with this tweet but couldn’t find the right confidence for the match.
As the match ended, Royal Challengers Bangalore with a savage reply tweeted and replied back to this tweet saying,”If you think you’re bad, I’m your dad.” RCB used a good mockery using a GIF of the popular movie KGF chapter 1.
