A new rivalry has emerged in IPL 2023 between Lucknow Super Giants and Royal Challengers Bangalore after the two teams had some controversial moments during the league stage games. Cricket fans are now expecting a RCB vs LSG final for which they’ll have to pray for a few results to go in that direction.
Both Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants have got enough chances to qualify for the playoffs of IPL 2023. While LSG are currently placed at the 3rd position with 15 points against their name, RCB too have 12 points and are placed at the 5th position in the points table.

The Virat Kohli-starrer side will need to win both of their remaining games against SRH and GT to qualify for the playoffs which will take them to 16 points. On the other hand, if LSG beats KKR they’ll reach to 17 points.
If MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings loses to Delhi Capitals in their final game, they’ll be restricted to 15 points. On the other hand, if SRH beats Mumbai Indians in their last league game or restricts them from winning by a big margin, the results will then go in favor of the RCB vs LSG Final in IPL 2023.
As per the scenario, Gujarat Titans with 18 points will face Lucknow Super Giants with 17 points in Qualifier 1. RCB will then face either CSK or MI in the Eliminator game.
If LSG beats GT in Qualifier 1 they’ll book a spot for the IPL 2023 final while if RCB wins the Eliminator game, they’ll then face Gujarat Titans in Qualifier 2. Cricket fans will hope the Faf du Plessis-led side to win the Qualifier 2 after which they can face Lucknow Super Giants in the final.
While it’s quite tough to get all these results as expected but if they actually go that way cricket fans can witness RCB vs LSG Final in IPL 2023.
