Team India completed yet another clean sweep in the T20I series against Sri Lanka after thrashing West Indies in the ODI and T20I series recently. Apart from the scintillating batting by Shreyas Iyer, there was the mystery man who stole the limelight. As Rohit Sharma received the trophy, he handed it over to a person which piqued the curiosity of the fans as to who the mystery man was.
The Sri Lankan captain Dasun Shanaka opted to bat first after winning the toss, but the Indian pacers got the better of the Sri Lanka’s top-order batsmen. Avesh Khan and Mohammed Siraj had Sri Lanka reeling as the opposition team lost 3 wickets in the powerplay. The Indian bowlers kept chipping in with wickets at regular intervals which restricted Sri Lanka to just 146, courtesy the blazing knock of 74 by the Sri Lankan skipper.

Team India has been on a winning spree ever since their heart-breaking exit from the T20I World Cup. They have won 12 consecutive T20Is since then and have equaled the record of Afghanistan who also won 12 T20I matches in a row.
Team India will play 2 Test matches against Sri Lanka and the first Test will commence on 04th March in Mohali. The Mohali Test will be the 100th test for Kohli and it’s definitely going to be a great milestone for the former Indian captain.
