The 2nd season of the Road Safety World Series is set to go underway on September 10 in Green Park Stadium, Kanpur. Sachin Tendulkar-led India Legends will meet Jonty Rhodes’ South Africa Legends in the tournament opener. A total of 23 matches are scheduled to play in four Stadiums; Kanpur, Indore, Dehradun, and Raipur from Sep 10 to Oct 1. It will a nostalgic ride to watch our old cricket heroes on the field. The number of teams in this season has increased from 6 to 8. Australia Legends had pulled out from the post-covid leg of 1st season of RSWS. But now they are making a comeback while New Zealand are making their debut. Like last season, Sachin Tendulkar will continue to lead the Indian side. Recently retired Suresh Raina has joined the side and also Yuvraj, Irfan, and Yusuf have retained their spots.
