Recently, a Twitter user caught Sanjay Manjrekar off-guard for being scared of criticizing MS Dhoni. The Twitter user went the length while criticizing Sanjay’s fellow commentators as well. Sanjay Manjrekar rebutted after being claimed that he and his fellow commentators are afraid of criticizing MS Dhoni.
Manjrekar took to Twitter to criticize CSK’s move to hand the final over to Jadeja. The former cricketer maintained that with two left-handers on the crease, Karn Sharma should have been an ideal choice. He also mentioned that a wrist spinner with the variation of googly could have been effective. Wrist spinners also tend to generate extra bounce, which would have been tumultuous for DC batsmen.
Sanjay Manjrekar’s tweet read, “With two left-handed batsmen at the crease, for me, it was a simple choice. Karn Sharma over Jadeja. A wrist spinner can get the ball (googly)to go away from the left-handed batsman & wrist-spinner gets extra bounce too. A costly mistake from CSK.”

Twitter user criticizes Sanjay Manjrekar
Shortly, a Twitter user noticed the tweet. He arraigned Sanjay and his fellow commentators of being scared of criticizing Dhoni. The user was angry over the fact that Manjrekar didn’t mention Dhoni’s name in the tweet.
The tweet from the user read, “Look at his tweet on Shreyas Iyer just a while ago: sharply critical and biting tone. And look at this tweet: Dhoni’s mistake becomes CSK’s mistake. This is a regular trend. How scared are commentators to criticize Dhoni!! Not just Sanjay Manjrekar, each one of them.”

Manjrekar was quick to notice the tweet. He responded to the user and cleared that he is not afraid of criticizing MS Dhoni. Here is Sanjay’s tweet: “Sir when I say, a costly mistake by CSK, what’s the inference? Is it not Dhoni? And with Iyer, it was his batting I was specifically talking about, can’t say DC there can I? Am I scared to ccriticizeDhoni? May be our friends here on Twitter could answer that.”
