A total of 32 matches to be played during a 16-day long schedule of the Tokyo Olympics 2021 Football Tournament. All matches will be telecasted in India. After a long summer of footballing action, football enthusiasts have another competition to look forward to in Tokyo Olympics Football Tournament 2021. A total of 16 teams will battle it out for the Olympic Gold with the Final to be held on 7 August 2021.

The Tokyo Olympics were initially scheduled to take place in 2020 but were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event takes place every four years. The football tournament will kick start on 22 July with the Final set to be played on 7 August. 16 teams have been divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each. Only 8 teams will make it to the Quarter-Final stages of the tournament. Most of the players in each squad are u-23 as only a maximum of 3 over-23 players are allowed in the tournament.
