The July 3, 2019 Tweet by Ravindra Jadeja that diagnosed former Indian cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar with verbal diarrhea is still quite fresh in our memories.
It was retaliation from Jadeja after Sanjay had criticized him for being a ‘bits and pieces cricketer (an all-rounder below average at both batting and bowling) in limited-overs cricket.

Notably, Jadeja has come into own as an all-rounder in ODIs and T20 internationals since the 2019 controversy and Manjrekar’s comments deserve credit for triggering him on.
However, the comments from Sanjay Manjrekar didn’t really end after the Tweet from Ravindra Jadeja and the former was still ok blasting him on-air during his commentary stints.
Regardless, the differences between the duo now seem to be a thing of the distant past and a recent Twitter exchange suggests that they’re on good terms.
Twitter goes crazy as Ravindra Jadeja and Manjrekar patch-up
On September 28, Ravindra Jadeja took a photo of Sanjay Manjrekar who is working as a presenter at Legends League Cricket, and put it out on Twitter while calling him a ‘dear friend of his.
In reply, Manjrekar also tweeted that he is looking forward to seeing the recovering all-rounder back on the field soon.

The exchange is being seen as a patch-up between them and as a result– the fans have lost their calm over it.

In all likelihood, the patch-up between the duo is a product of the fun interview that they had about a couple of months ago where Sanjay Manjrekar had asked Ravindra Jadeja if he was “ok to talk with me” and both of them had shared a good conversation.
