The Asian cricketing giants are participating in the ongoing Asian Games 2023 taking place in Hongzhou. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are all competing in the quarterfinal stage against Nepal, Hongkong, Afghanistan and Malaysia. A video of the Asian Games 2023 is going viral where Pakistan’s Allrounder Arafat Minhas fell down in a strange manner.
The incident took place during the first innings of the quarter-final game between Pakistan and Hong Kong. While Pakistan was looking for a late flourish by their lower batters to make the target challenging enough Arafat Minhas walked in to bat.

After the wicket of Khushdil Shah Pakistani dugout sent all-rounder Arafat Minhas into the crease for some late blows. The 18-year-old was playing his first international game and he looked nervous while coming to bat.
The Adrenaline rush was so high that the player got tripped on his own while doing the pre-batting warm-up. The extra excitement of the player saw him in a very embarrassing situation however the player then managed to get back to his feet quickly.

Although Arafat did control the situation very smoothly as he got up instantly the cameras caught the incident live. As soon as the video came out on the internet it circulated in a flash among the cricketing fraternity.

Pakistani teams were struggling to make runs against Hong Kong bowlers as they were constantly losing wickets. The highly-rated Haider Ali disappointed everyone once again as he was dismissed on just four runs.
Along with his experience Khushdil Shah also flopped with the bat as only made 13 runs with a strike rate of 81 when the team needed big hits from him. Asif Ali did play a decent cameo but the decisive innings came from Aamer Jamal and Arafat Minhas which took the Pakistan score to 160 runs.
