RCB’s brilliant review gets the LSG skipper
After winning the toss, LSG skipper KL Rahul opted to bowl and the decision proved fruitful as the Lucknow bowlers took early wickets to dent RCB’s inning. However, the RCB skipper Faf du Plessis held one end together and took his team to a very competitive total of 181. LSG had a similar start as they also kept losing wickets. KL Rahul was looking good but RCB’s brilliant review brought about an end to his inning.
RCB’s brilliant review came in the 8th over of the LSG inning when KL Rahul was batting fluently. Harshal Patel bowled a delivery on the leg side which Rahul tried to glance away. In the first look, the ball appeared to be brushing the pads but RCB were confident enough to go for a review. As it turned out, the UltraEdge showed a spike when the ball was near to the bat which surprised KL Rahul. This turned out to be a great review for Bangalore as they got the big wicket of the LSG skipper.
