One of the finest left-handed batsmen Suresh Raina recently undergoes knee surgery. Raina was feeling discomfort in his left knee. Now after the surgery Suresh Raina has been ruled out for one month of India’s domestic season.

There is good news for Suresh Raina’s fans as he has recovered well. Two days after the surgery he hits the gym. 32-year-old posted a video of his treadmill exercise with a strong message.
Raina Tweeted, “It might be tough, but you won’t quit. You might be going through a tough time, but you won’t quit. It is hard to change your mind and body and become better. It’s really hard. And it’s easier to quit than to keep on pushing forward.”

This is not the first time Suresh Raina has to deal with knee problems. In 2007, Raina underwent his first knee surgery and later that he gave his 100 per cent on the field. However, his nagging discomfort returned in the last couple of years and had to undergo another surgery.

After undergoing second knee surgery Raina wrote on his twitter handle, “To be honest, a second knee surgery was a tough call to make because I knew it would put me off-action for a few months and I wasn’t ready for it until a few weeks ago when the pain had gotten a bit much and I knew there was only one way out of this. I hope I’m up on my feet, on the field and ready to give my best very soon again.”
Currently, Suresh Raina keeping himself ready to return to the action. After IPL 2019, Raina hasn’t played any cricket match and spending most of his time in Amsterdam. Also, Suresh Raina played his last match for India in 2018 when the team toured England. So, now he must be eying upcoming domestic season with a hope of returning to the national side.
